Ingredients
- 1 Large White Onion, Diced
- 2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- ¼ Cup Fresh Parsley, Finely Chopped
- 2 Cups Chicken Broth
- 1 Cup Frozen Veggies
- 1 Can Refrigerated Biscuits
Direction
- Carefully remove the skin off each Duck Breast . Place duck breast in a large crock pot with the diced onion. Sprinkle parsley on top.
- Pour cream of chicken soup and chicken broth over duck breast and onions. Stir, then turn the slow cooker to high and cook for 3-4 hours.
- Cut biscuit rounds into sixths. Sprinkle vegetables over slow cooker mix and top with biscuits. Cover and cook for 1 more hour.
- Remove duck breast and shred with a fork.
- Add duck breast back in the slow cooker, mix, and serve.
