Ingredients
- 2-3 cups Jasmine Rice, Cooked
- Oil for Frying
- 1-2 Eggs, Fried
- 2 Head Peeled Garlic
- Thai Chilis – Choose your Spice Level
- 1 tbsp. Sugar
- 3 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce
- ½ tsp Fish Sauce
- Handful Holy Basil
- ½ Yellow Onion, Sliced
- 12 oz. Ground Duck
Direction
- In a cup, combine sugar, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and fish sauce. Set aside for later.
- In a wok/pan over medium heat, add some oil.
- When the oil gets hot, add your minced garlic and Thai chilies. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground duck and cook it down until lightly charred.
- Pour in the sauce and mix well.
- Add in your sliced onion and a handful of holy basil and stir until slightly wilted.
- Serve over a plate of jasmine rice and crispy fried eggs.
