Ingredients
- 2 Boneless Duck Breasts
- 1 tbsp. Duck Fat
- ½ Cup Brown Rice
- ¾ cup Water
- ¼ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- ½ cup carrots, diced
- ½ cup broccoli, chopped
Direction
- Bring broth and water to a boil in a saucepan on the stove. Add rice then cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 3. Cook duck breast in pan for 2-3 minutes. Add in duck fat and veggies. Cook for 5 more minutes.
- 4. Fluff rice with a fork when done. Divide rice between bowls and top with duck and veggie mixture. Top with your favorite seasoning if you are not making it for your dog.
- 2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully remove skin off duck breast and chop into bite size pieces.
