Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Duck Wings
- ½ Cup Honey
- 12 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- ¼ Cup Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ Cup Scallions, Thinly Sliced
- Oil for frying
Direction
- Preheat your oil in a large saucepan or fryer to 360 degrees.
- Deep fry duck wings for 3-5 minutes.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter on medium-high. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, and lemon juice to pan and stir until brown sugar dissolves.
- Bring to a boil them reduce to simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Toss Duck Wings in sauce, top with scallions, and serve.
