Honey Garlic Duck Wings

A simple and delicious recipe, this dish is perfect for your summer and fall tailgates! With the crispy skin, courtesy of the fryer, these wings are covered in a wonderful garlic and honey sauce for a perfect sweet and savory treat!

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Honey
  • 12 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • ¼ Cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Scallions, Thinly Sliced
  • Oil for frying

Direction

  • Preheat your oil in a large saucepan or fryer to 360 degrees.
  • Deep fry duck wings for 3-5 minutes.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt butter on medium-high. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Add honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, and lemon juice to pan and stir until brown sugar dissolves.
  • Bring to a boil them reduce to simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  • Toss Duck Wings in sauce, top with scallions, and serve.
