Ingredients
- 12 oz. Ground Duck
- ½ tsp. Ground Sage
- ¼ tsp. Basil
- ¼ tsp. Chili Powder
- ¼ tsp. Thyme
- ¼ tsp Cayenne
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ¼ tsp. Pepper
- 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Cups Biscuit Baking Mix
- 1/3 Cup Milk
Direction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix together Ground Duck, sage, basil, chili powder, thyme, cayenne, salt and pepper to create duck sausage.
- In a large bowl combine, duck sausage mix, cheese, biscuit baking mix, milk and parsley.
- Roll mixture into 1 inch balls and place on a slightly greased pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Serve immediately with your favorite sauce.
