- 4 Sous Vide Duck Breast , Defrosted
- 2 Cups Waffle Mix
- 1.5 cups Buttermilk
- 2 Large Eggs
- ¼ cup Melted Butter
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- Berry Preserves for Garnish
- Maple Syrup for Garnish
Direction
- Preheat deep fryer to 350 degrees. Preheat waffle iron.
- In a bowl, whisk together waffle mix, buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter. Let rest for 5 minutes for better consistency.
- Lightly grease the waffle iron and pour in the batter. Cook until golden brown and crisp.
- Place Sous Vide Duck Breast in fryer basket. Deep fry for 3-4 minutes. Let rest on a cutting board.
- Thinly slice duck breast and serve 4-5 slices on top of each waffle with berry preserves and syrup.
