Ingredients
- 1 Roast Half Duck , Defrosted
- 1/3 Cup Hoisin Sauce
- Green Onions
- Mini Cucumber
- Mandarin Pancakes or Tortillas
Direction
- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Air fry skin side up for 15 minutes. In the last 2 minutes, brush hoisin on the roast half.
- Cut the green onion and cucumber into thin strips.
- Remove Roast Half duck and let cool for 1-2 minutes. Debone and slice meat.
- Serve with tortillas/pancakes, veggies, and extra hoisin sauce for your guests to assemble their own Peking Duck Wraps.
