- 3 CupsDuck Fat,Defrosted
- 16 oz. Jar of Pickle Chips,Drained
- 1 1/4 cups Flour
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk
- 1 Egg
- Ranch for Dipping
Direction
- HeatDuck Fatto 365°F in saucepan.
- Combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk egg and buttermilk together in another bowl.
- Dip pickle chips into egg and buttermilk mixture, then dredge them in flour mixture until fully coated.
- Fry pickle chips in duck fat for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately with ranch on the side.
