Duck Jerky (Dog Friendly)

Make your own homemade jerky! Let it dry out for a few hours and serve this delicious version of Duck on charcuterie boards, on sandwiches, or by itself.

Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Duck Breast
  • 2 tbsp. Honey

Direction

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  • Carefully remove the skin off each duck breast and discard or save for later use.
  • Slice duck breast into ¼ in long slices. Pat duck breast dry.
  • Place duck breast slices into a bowl and top with honey. Coat pieces well.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the duck strips into a single layer on the sheet.
  • Bake the jerky for 2.5-3 hours or until the jerky is dry and firm.
