- 4 Boneless Duck Breast
- 2 tbsp. Honey

- Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
- Carefully remove the skin off each duck breast and discard or save for later use.
- Slice duck breast into ¼ in long slices. Pat duck breast dry.
- Place duck breast slices into a bowl and top with honey. Coat pieces well.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the duck strips into a single layer on the sheet.
- Bake the jerky for 2.5-3 hours or until the jerky is dry and firm.
