Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp Real Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Tbsp Whiskey
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional)
- 1 pkg (12 oz) Maple Leaf Farms Duck Bacon
Direction
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine sugar, syrup, whiskey and cayenne. Lay bacon out on parchment paper and brush with sugar mixture, evenly coating both sides of each strip.
- Bake bacon for 15-20 minutes, turning over half way through.
- Let cool on a wire rack, then serve and enjoy!
