Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Orange Juice
- 1/2 cup Orange Marmalade
- 1 1/3 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard
- 2 cloves Garlic,Minced
Direction
- In pan on medium heat, whisk together orange juice, marmalade, soy sauce, mustard, and garlic. Bring to boil.
- Once boiling, lower heat to simmer. Cook for 3 minutes or until sauce is thick enough for serving.
- Serve with roast half duck or your choice of duck product.
