Orange Sauce

The perfect sauce for Duck Wings or a classic Duck Breast! Originally from France, Duck a l'Orange combines the rich, delicious flavor or duck with a sweet and tangy twist. Try this easy orange sauce recipe to take your dish to the next level.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Orange Juice
  • 1/2 cup Orange Marmalade
  • 1 1/3 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 2 cloves Garlic,Minced

Direction

  • In pan on medium heat, whisk together orange juice, marmalade, soy sauce, mustard, and garlic. Bring to boil.
  • Once boiling, lower heat to simmer. Cook for 3 minutes or until sauce is thick enough for serving.
  • Serve with roast half duck or your choice of duck product.
