Ingredients
- 2 Roast Half Duck
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Corn Starch
- 1 cup Orange Juice
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
Direction
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake Roast half duck in a shallow baking pan for 15-20 minutes. For a faster cooking method: Air fry at 390 degrees for 12 minutes.
- Make sauce while roast half duck cooks. In saucepan on medium heat, mix sugars, and salt, slowly stir in juice until smooth. Add in rosemary and thyme then lower to a simmer.
- Simmer until transparent and thickened - about 10 minutes. Slowly add in cornstarch and simmer for 3 more minutes.
- Remove fresh herb springs.
- Serve on top of roast half duck.
