Spicy Hoisin Sauce

Spicy hoisin sauce is the perfect sauce for any duck product! Top duck breasts, duck legs, and duck wings or use on the side as a dipping sauce.

Ingredients

  • 12 large Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup Hot Chile Sauce with Garlic, Kame brand
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tsp Japanese Rice Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Hoisin Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Water

Direction

  • Mix all ingredients together. Blend well. Keep refrigerated until use. Use at room temperature.
