Air Fryer Teriyaki Duck Wings

Get delicious golden brown and perfectly crispy duck wings in your air fryer in just 20 minutes! You can use it as an appetizer or let it be the main dish for a family wing night.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar or Mirin
  • 2 Tbsp. Sake
  • 1 Tbsp. Ginger, Minced
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Corn Starch
  • 1 Tbsp. Water
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Green Onion, Thinly Sliced

Direction

  • Place frozen duck wings in the air fryer in a flat layer. Air fry at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes. Flip halfway through.
  • In a pan on medium – high heat, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sake, ginger, garlic, and honey. Simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water. Add teriyaki sauce and simmer for 2 more minutes to thicken.
  • Toss duck wings in teriyaki sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
