Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Duck Wings
- 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 3 tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar or Mirin
- 2 Tbsp. Sake
- 1 Tbsp. Ginger, Minced
- 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 tbsp. Honey
- 1 Tbsp. Corn Starch
- 1 Tbsp. Water
- Sesame Seeds
- Green Onion, Thinly Sliced
Direction
- Place frozen duck wings in the air fryer in a flat layer. Air fry at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes. Flip halfway through.
- In a pan on medium – high heat, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sake, ginger, garlic, and honey. Simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water. Add teriyaki sauce and simmer for 2 more minutes to thicken.
- Toss duck wings in teriyaki sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
